Dominion Senior Living To Open in Patrick Square

CLEMSON, S.C., May 31, 2017 – Bringing its second senior living community to South Carolina, Knoxville-based Dominion Senior Living announced plans for a 50,000 square-foot, $10 million assisted living and memory care community in Clemson. Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square will be located at 100 Pershing Ave and will be a faith-based community where the team will honor God through service to seniors. Residents will find a loving environment in which their spiritual, emotional and physical needs are met each and every day. The two-story community will have 49 assisted living apartments and 17 apartments designed specifically for memory care. Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square will create 50 jobs in the area and is expected to open in late Fall of 2018. Owner/Operator Lindsey Daugherty will be the executive director. In this new model, Dominion Senior Living is partnering with executive directors who are also partial owner/operators of the community.

Inn at Patrick Square On Track to Open This Summer

CLEMSON, SOUTH CAROLINA (February 21, 2017) – Construction for The Inn at Patrick Square, a new 45-room boutique hotel located on the Patrick Square Village Green in Clemson, is well underway.  Earlier this month, the building was “topped out” – meaning, the completed roof was added, a traditional milestone in the construction timeline.    

Genoa Construction of Atlanta is the lead contractor on the project.  It will be operated by Highpointe Hotel Corporation and is scheduled to open in Summer 2017, just in time for Clemson’s 2017 football season.

  Baptist Easley Announces an Exciting New Medical Center Coming Soon to Patrick Square with a beam signing

Baptist Easley, in conjunction with the Clemson Chamber, will host a beam signing on June 14, at 8:15am at the new site at Patrick Square in Clemson.  Members of the community are invited to attend this celebration and sign their name on this exciting project.   

Baptist Easley Hospital will open a new home for Clemson Neurology, along with other medical services, this fall at Patrick Square in Clemson.

This state-of-the-art building will replace the current Clemson Neurology locations in Clemson and Easley. The office will be staffed with our two neurologists, George Baxley, MD, and Jerry Sherrill, MD, and four highly-qualified nurse practitioners.
