“JMC is crafting a sense of place as it honors Clemson’s own sense of place. It is the best planned village I’ve ever seen. Patrick Square will become a destination in itself.”

- Mayor Larry Abernathy

Looking for Real Estate in Clemson, SC? Good news, you’ve found a home indeed! A new community where architecture, style, familiarity, family and feet-on-the-sofa comfort merely begin to set the stage for the sense of utter trust and conviction that you belong. A belonging that extends to front porch, back yard, sidewalks and streetscapes. A belonging that revises the definition of home.

At Patrick Square – Clemson, S.C.’s first Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) community – even such associations barely tell our story. Expectations – and fulfillment – reach far beyond the front door of an individual house. Here is a neighborhood whose design draws people together; links generations; and combines amenities in a way that makes it so easy to shop, dine, play, study and forge new friendships that the community becomes part of your new home. You do not simply buy a new home in Patrick Square. Far beyond location and lifestyle, you buy the community with Clemson homes as individual as you are.

Hometown Clemson, South Carolina
Eighteenth-century Irish immigrant Patrick Calhoun is celebrated for his part in the American Revolution and for serving as the first Upstate settler to join the state’s legislature. His life cast a long shadow, influencing his son, John C. Calhoun, seventh vice president of the United States, and numerous other descendents and relatives. Clemson University’s visionary and founder, Thomas Green Clemson, was married to Patrick’s granddaughter, Anna Maria.

Patrick Square pays tribute to our history and stirs the spirit of hometown Clemson, South Carolina in a carefully crafted traditional-style community, where time-honored traditions flourish and new legacies can begin.
