Our stunning two-story Lake House was designed by Historical Concepts out of Atlanta to be a gracious and welcoming second home overlooking our beautiful natural preserve and lake. It will consist of a brick exterior, cedar shake roof, grand living room and catering kitchen with full-length verandah overlooking the pool and deck area. The first floor will also feature a game room on one wing and reading room and library on the other wing plus an Association office. In the lower level will contain a well equipped fitness center with a separate multi-purpose room for yoga, palates, etc. as well as ample storage space.

The pool is designed to accommodate both families and seniors and will include three full size swimming lanes and a generous shallow area, friendly to young children and older adults. The pool area will also include a very special fire pit with seating around it, overlooking the nature preserve and playground designed for toddlers and young children. From here you may wander out to docks and fishing piers to test the waters - or get lost in your reverie and enjoy the views across the lake and environmental park.

The environmental park - artfully crafted for beauty and sustainability is part of a plan that includes a total of 62 acres of open space and greenways that add depth and color to Patrick Square. And soon a charming footbridge over picturesque 18 Mile Creek will connect our fields, meadows, walking paths and wooded areas to the tennis courts, ball fields, playgrounds and picnic areas in popular Nettles Park, just next door.

The Lake House and pool facility are scheduled for completion in May 2012.
