Dave Maman, vice president, Patrick Square LLC, has been part of the JMC team since 2000, when he oversaw sales at the ocean-to-sea community of Minorca, then moved on to Seacrest, both on Florida’s beautiful New Smyrna Beach. He’s held a real estate license since 1970 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. Dave has earned the designation of Master, Institute of Residential Marketing by the National Association of Home Builders and has been recognized by NAHB for sales excellence. His wife, Vikki, a South Carolina native and avid gardener, is pleased to be back in her home state. 

Ross Hanahan is Patrick Square’s dedicated development manager, working with builders, architects, government agencies, and myriad consultants and professionals to build out the approved land plan on time and on budget. Ross is a Clemson native and prior to joining the Patrick Square team, was vice president of administration for the Issaqueena Corp., working on master-planned communities and numerous land acquisitions and sales.

Pat Kurek, president of JMC Homes of South Carolina LLC, oversees all of JMC’s homebuilding operations in South Carolina. Pat joined the JMC family in 2008, as construction manager of Patrick Square, where his 10 years of expertise in building sustainable “green” homes and communities has proved instrumental in developing product for this new market. Prior to joining JMC, Pat spent 18 years honing his skills with Hedgewood Properties, Inc., a renowned industry leader in the Atlanta area where he most recently served as the Senior Builder at Vickery in Cumming, GA. Pat has served on several task force groups initiated by the National Home Builders Association (NAHB) and Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association including the development team of the Earth Craft House Program.

Zeb Russell, joined the Patrick Square team in March of 2009 as the superintendent of JMC Homes of South Carolina LLC, where he manages subcontractors, suppliers and the construction of village homes. Zeb also ensures homeowner satisfaction through the construction process and after closing on their new home. Prior to joining JMC, Zeb worked as the Area Manager with Winmark Homes in Atlanta, GA working on projects such as Sugar Loaf Manor, Olde Peachtree, Kingston and Silver Oak.

Chris Hodge, Town Center Manager for Patrick Square LLC, serves as the on-site point person for commercial development initiatives. Chris also works to build community by coordinating town square entertainment and markets as well as homeowner programs, such as the organic garden. He joined the Patrick Square team in November 2009, prior to earning a MBA in Real Estate from Clemson University.
